At Vibhu Packaging Industries, we aim to deliver all packaging products safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after confirmation and successful payment (where applicable).
Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days.
Custom / Bulk Orders: Processing may take longer depending on size, customization, printing, and material availability.
In case of delays due to material shortage or technical issues, we will notify you via phone or email.
2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable logistics partners for deliveries, including:
Local transport services
Private courier companies
Goods transport agencies for bulk shipments
The mode of shipment depends on the nature, weight, and size of packaging materials.
3. Delivery Timeline
Local Deliveries (within Karnal): 1–3 business days after dispatch
Within Haryana: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Rest of India: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Bulk Orders / Heavy Consignments: Timelines may vary based on transport availability and distance
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors such as transport delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen operational issues.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on order weight, volume, distance, and courier/transport service used.
Shipping charges will be communicated during order discussion or mentioned on the invoice.
For bulk orders, customers may arrange their own transport if preferred.
5. Tracking Information
For courier shipments, tracking details will be shared via email or phone (if available from the courier partner).
For transport agency shipments, LR (Lorry Receipt) or transport details will be provided.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier/transport partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver the consignment.
If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, the customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery charges.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to:
Check the packaging for any visible damage
Verify the quantity and condition of the items received
If any item is damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can assist with replacement or resolution.
8. International Shipping
