1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:
Before Production: Cancellation requests will be accepted before manufacturing, printing, cutting, or processing begins. Refunds will be issued after deducting any applicable administrative charges.
After Production Has Started: Once production is in progress, orders cannot be cancelled, as resources have already been allocated.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Custom-sized, custom-printed, or specially manufactured items cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

2. Cancellation by Company
We may cancel an order in case of:
Raw material unavailability
Technical or production issues
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Suspected fraudulent activity
If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only in the following scenarios:
Order successfully cancelled before production
Company-cancelled orders
Wrong, defective, or damaged product delivered (after verification)
3.2 Refund Timeline & Mode
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.
Administrative charges may be deducted depending on the order stage.
4. Replacement Policy
We offer product replacement only if:
The product received is incorrect
The product is damaged during delivery
The product has manufacturing defects
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
Provide order details and photo/video proof of the issue
After verification, we will arrange replacement or an appropriate resolution.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
Custom-printed packaging
Custom-sized packaging orders
Items already in production
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Clearance or discounted items (if specified)
